Notes on Purchases

As part of the redesign of our Web site, Louisiana Literature is restructuring the way that we process online payments. We hope to have this new mechanism in place in our stores soon. In the interim, we are able to process your payments securely through PayPal.

Typically, payments are processed and purchases are shipped (via USPS Priority Mail) within three (3) business days. For orders outside the continental U.S.—including international orders—please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery.

Before placing your order through PayPal, we ask that you review the following instructions.


Instructions

1.
To place an order through PayPal, click the link at the bottom of this page or browse to www.paypal.com.

 

2.
Sign into your PayPal account.

 

3.
Click the Send Money button. You will be presented with a set of options similar to the following:

Enter jbedell@selu.edu in the To field and the total amount of your purchase in the Amount field (note that the prices in our stores include all applicable shipping, handling, and processing fees). For example:

 

 

5.
Click Continue. You will be presented with a page similar to the following.

 

 

 

6.
At the bottom of the page, enter either Louisiana Literature Journal Purchase or Louisiana Literature Press Purchase in the Subject field and a short description of your purchase in the Message field. For example:

 

 

 

7.
Review the details of your purchase, then click Send Money.
